1. What are the materials used in Amayalili's creations?

Various materials such as freshwater pearls, natural stones, synthetic acrylic beads, wood beads, glasses beads and different types of metals are carefully selected for amayalili's creations.

For metal options, bronze, 925 sterling silver, gold-gilded silver (vermeil) and 18k solid gold are applied in different designs. Detailed description, size and materials of each design are indicated on the product pages.

 

2. How long does my order take to arrive?

Once we received your order, 

Ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 5 working days, directly from our atelier in Paris. It takes 5 - 15 working days to arrive to the destination country. A tracking number will be provided via e-mail once the package is shipped.

For bespoke projects, customised orders and pre-orders please contact us though the message box or e-mail to amayalili.bijoux@gmail.com for the shipping schedule.

We strongly suggest shipping with insurance. Amayalili is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Depending on the destination country there's usually a custom fee, please check with related parties before you place your order, accrued fees will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

3. Any return / refund policy?

For any quality issue please contact us immediately. You must request an authorization by Amayalili. Once we recieved your request we will issue the case and contact you by e-mail.

Return / refund policy is not applied on the following conditions:

    • Bespoke and custom pieces cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
    • Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
    • Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty (it does not include artificial damage).
    • All items cannot be returned/ refund/ exchanged without original packaging as we concider that is part of the product.

     

     

    4. I just ordered a few pieces as a gift, is there any gift packing?

    Sure! We are glad to spread this happiness to your loved ones. We prepare each package carefully for the shipping, each piece comes with a protective seal bag and a box / envelope. If you wish to add a little card with the recipient’s name, please message me for the details after you have placed your order.

     

    5. I would like to repair a few pieces, what should I do?

    Please contact us via message box or e-mail. Repair service and its charges depend on designs, please first send us the photos of the products and how would you like to repair them, we will discuss with you shortly.

    * We will need you to send back the products to our atelier in Paris.

     

    6. How to keep my jewellery clean and free of tarnish ?

    Gold-gilded and sterling silver oxidise due to time and humidity. The oxidized colour will become dull, looks "old" and antique.

    For 925 sterling silver, you could also use a silver polishing cloth.

    • Please avoid contact with water, chemical agents (such as perfume and sanitiser) or any kind of grease.
    • Clean your jewels with a soft clean cloth after wearing them if needed, be careful not to over-handle.
    • Please keep every item separately as metallic friction will affect the gold-plating, which causes colour fading or tarnishing.
    • Please keep them in the seal bag from our original packaging.
